9. Mobile application

9.1. Scope

This section describes the processing of data in the Application. Anything not covered here is governed by the other sections of the Policy.

The Application is informational: it shows news, an events calendar, the status of game servers, rankings and up-to-date links to communication channels. It is not a game client and gives no access to the game.

9.2. What data the Application processes

9.3. What data the Application does not process

The Application does not request or process:

9.4. What stays on the device

Reminders about calendar events are scheduled and shown by the operating system itself. The schedule is downloaded in advance, and the reminders themselves do not pass through external services and do not leave the device.

The device also stores the selected language, the selected game servers, notification subscriptions, a mark that the introduction to the Application has been completed and an unsent draft of a request.

9.5. Transfer of data

For notifications, statistics and the delivery of requests, the Application transfers the data from clause 9.2 to these processors:

Usage time information (clause 9.2) is processed only on the Service's server and is not transferred to third parties.

Each processor receives only what it needs for its function. Data is not sold, not transferred for advertising and not used for purposes other than those described in this section and in section 5.

9.6. Notifications

The Application sends two kinds of notifications:

Permission for notifications is requested at first launch and can be revoked at any time in the operating system settings. Individual kinds of notifications are switched off in the Application settings.

9.7. External links

The Application contains links to the Service website and external communication services. The set of links depends on the region. Links open in an external browser or in the relevant app, and from then on data is processed under the rules of the owners of those services.

9.8. Retention periods

The data from clause 9.2 is kept while the Application is used. After the Application is deleted, its transfer stops. Data for notification delivery is deleted if the notification permission is revoked or the Application is deleted.

A request from the “Feedback” section is kept on the server until it is delivered to the support work chat, but for no longer than 7 days, and is deleted from the server immediately after delivery. In the support chat a request is kept for 12 months. It can be deleted earlier on request (clause 9.10). An attached log is kept and deleted together with the request. A service record of a request, without its text or contact, is kept for up to 2 days to limit how often requests can be sent.

Usage time information (clause 9.2) is kept on the server for 400 days as daily totals per install identifier and for 35 days in its original form, and is then deleted.

9.9. Age of users

The Application is not intended for those who have not reached the age at which applicable law allows them to consent to data processing on their own. The Application does not intentionally collect the age of its users.
